Primary Educator Acknowledgment: I understand that Ready, Set, Learn operates as an instructional supplement. I retain full legal responsibility for providing the majority of my student's education in compliance with Florida statutes (approx. 5 hours daily or 900 hours annually). Financial Policy: I agree to the 9-week quarterly commitment. I understand that rendered services and annual curriculum materials are strictly non-refundable once purchased. Attendance & Makeups: I understand that a maximum of two (2) makeup sessions are permitted per quarter. Any additional missed sessions are forfeited. First-Year Scholarship Status: It is my first year with FTC PEP/UA.
